Students at the university continue to learn English after graduating from senior high\nschool, while teachers are not familiar with what and how English classes are being practiced and\nimproved. High school teachers understand that they have to improve their teaching methods. On the other hand, they cannot accelerate the pace of the improvement of English teaching mainly because they do not exactly know how much the university entrance examination will change in relation to policy for acceptance of admitted students.\n I will focus on the current improvement in teaching English at senior high schools as well as the\nimprovement we have just started at Kawasaki Medical School.
