Social sharing was viewed in terms of the service professional's PWLE and NWLE Disclosure (PWLE-D and NWLE-D), with Responses to PWLE-D and NWLE-D (PWLE-R and NWLE-R). The effects of social sharing on PA, NA and depression states were modeled and analyzed at Within and Between levels. A survey of four times inquiries was conducted, with 180 human care service professionals consisting of three occupations nurses, certified care workers and nursery teachers. The data was analyzed by multilevel structural equation modeling. Results suggested that social sharing, involving PWLE-D and PWLE-R, increases PA and decreases depression states in Within and Between levels. When NWLE-R is not a mediator, social sharing involving NWLE-D and NWLE-R increases NA and depression states in Within and Between levels.
