Under ultrasound guidance, a catheter was advanced over a J-guidewire into the cyst. The contents of the cyst were aspirated and contrast medium was injected. After the contrast medium was removed, absolute ethanol was injected and left for 10-15 minutes. Then it was evacuated completely. There were no major complications.
