| 値 | 高等学校では，生徒が培った資質・能力が発揮できるように様々なキャリア教育を行っている。しかし，情報量の不足に加え，大学選択に大きく関わる文系／理系のコース選択が高等学校入学後，半年程度の短期間に行われるため，生徒の適性を引き出す進路指導が十分にはできていないという現状がある。このため，生徒がものの見方を広げ，社会で活躍する自分のイメージをつかめるようにするには，大学および地域社会の協力が欠かせない。 そこで，本稿では，高等学校の進路指導の現状を示し，今後の高等学校の効果的なキャリア教育について検討した。その結果，高大接続の観点から，大学教員の出前講義を効果的に活用することが重要であることが明らかになった。これらの活用により，知識偏重といわれる高等学校の学習を主体的学びへと転換する契機となることも示唆された。さらに，これらを実現させるためには，高 等学校に出前講義や大学訪問を実施する際，どのような内容を提供できるのかを明確に示すことのできるホームページの工夫も重要であることを提言した。 |

| 値 | This study aims to discuss the current problems of career education that most high schools have, and to suggest some possible solutions. Currently high schools promote to enhance career education in order to advance the students' individual qualities and abilities. However, due to a lack of information and time constraints, they have difficulty in providing the students with a wider opportunity to explore their potential aptitudes. To deal with this problem, it is clear that high school cooperation with universities and the community should be further promoted. Through this cooperation, high schools can facilitate the students' active learning. Moreover, from the perspective of better educational linkage between high school and university, it is suggested that universities should promote lectures on demand and campus tours for high school students in a more effective manner by providing specific information about such opportunities on their websites. |
